Well, here's a fun issue.

I'm running the Hauppauge eHome usb IR receiver and windows Vista 32bit

Everything is working GREAT! I love this setup more and more each day, except one quirk...

I can blast out of port one (to my audio system) or port two (to my TV) but when set to both, I get no blink and no signal. I run macros that turn on the audio, change inputs, turn on the TV, and change inputs there... I need this to go out on both, if that's possible.

...got any idea why this would happen, or what I could try to remedy this? I saw in Andy's writeup that he ran into the same issue, and hoped mine would turn out differently (but alas, it did not)...

Thanks in advance,
William

I'm working on a new version of the MCE Replacement Plugin that uses the device access code from my IR Server Suite instead of the mceir.dll that Bruno Fleurette originally wrote.

It should be ready by the end of the weekend (hopefully) and it will probably get around the problem you're having.

It also supports the Vista eHome driver, making the replacement driver now obsolete.

Keep an eye on the forums and you'll see when it's posted.

    Cheers,

If this board has some manner of private messaging, send me a link to the updated stuff and a paypal address when it is ready and I'll see you're atleast given something for your hard work.

    Thanks for all you do,
    William
