Hello Forum! This is my fist post here and due to the complexity, I have no real idea where to post my question. I decided to use the "Newcomer" board hoping, someone with more expierence reading here as well... With the MS MediaCenter, my "original" MS Remote Control MCE works perfect. When watching TV, I can use the pause button, rewind and forward as well as record. When navigate in menus, I can always use the back button to go a level back in the menu. When watching recorded movies, I can also use the buttons to control the movie. With the Media Portal it doesn't work. I think, I have configured the usage of MCE Remote contol correctly in the configuration and I can use some of the buttons of the contol. For instance Volume+/- are working (and also showing a volume bar on the top right corner). Is there a trick to make this working like in MediaCenter or is this a default limitiation? I use a Pinnacle DualTV DVB-T card, which was shipped with a Pinnacle Remote Control. However this never worked for my computer with MediaCenter and therefore I've bought the MCE control. Could it be the case, that the system "hopes" to use the Pinnacle one, which is not there? Many thanks in advance for you answers, Merry Christmas, Oliver
