    Hello TEAM
I'm having this issue since loong time ago in all MP versions. The problem is that I've 2 monitors connected to my ATI4350 and TV programs in SD definition (even SAT or terrestrial DVB) goes to 25 fps and not the 50fps (PAL) it should be.Creating a strange behaviour in the image (no lost of frames but shutter in the image). It doesn't happen if y disable in CCD (Catalyst Control Centre) the second display where I've VMR9 50, avg fps 50 sync:0
With second display on, VMR9 starts with 50 but quickly goes around 25 and avg fps to 25 causing the problem. This has been happening to me since long time ago with 2 different ati models.

Please ca you please take a look to my logs if you see something wrong?
HDTV is always fine at proper fps.

I send 2 logs, one with dual screen (second screen is off) and the other with single screen (second screen disabled in CCC).

    Sorry for my poor english
    Thanks
    A:D
