no need for all the specs except MP 1.1.0, I need a simple answer 
, background, I've been using MediaPortal for a long time and for a long time my solution to get around MPs inablity to play vobs without slow audio and stutter was to convert them to AVI, well I'm over it and just want MP to play the damn file
I have searched this forum high and low, tried all the convert to this, select that, pass whatever, codecs up the wazoo and reinstalled everything multiple time all my vobs play via Vista (and previously XP) using media player classic with various codecs, even windows media centre plays them straight out of the box why won't MediaPortal play them?.
seems it's a common issue with no firm fix just lots of fob of suggestions not addressing the why...
