[no Bug] VOL+ not working correctly (1 Viewer)

1: Press vol- on screen graphic works ok and volume decreases.

2: Press vol+ when graphic is still onsceen and volume will increase only to previous maximum setting. E.G if volume is reduced from 6 bars to 3 then volume can only be increased to 6 bars even if a further increase should be possible.

3: Press vol+ with no gui indicator on screen and nothing happens.

All above carried out with genuine MS remote and no problems whatsoever in MP 1.2.3

An update to this problem....

The same symptoms exist when using a keyboard for control, I've lowered the volume to two bars while testing this and now I can't increase it, System volume is at max setting but it makes no difference to the output. Outside MP volume is normal.

Found the problem....In volume settings 'scale' was set to xp instead of win 7.

I have the same problem, volume control not working only if enable minidisplay plugin.
