It seems to be a great software. For Nvidia customers, using the power by GPU, it aims to make better video quality from divx, youtube, and other low quality/resolution. I have a Gforce 8200. Until I get my DVBs issues sorted out, I'm using MP for some analog cable channels. This may help clean up the picture some what.
