VSync problem when watching videos or TV (1 Viewer)

I don't know if this is exacly a bug, but when i'm watching videos or live tv sometimes there is problems with vsync, whene there is fast camera movements, at the middle of the screen the image appears slightly displaced, currently i'm using Nvidia PureVideo codecs.. does anyone noticed this problem?

this card have vsync option in Display Properties / Advanced / 3D / check the user settings / user setting button / waiting to vsync slider-> always on or try use the MPV filter

Hi,

sounds like you get "tearing". Enable "Exclusive DirectX Mode" in Configure->General.

Reclock should be able to fix that.

Install, and select reclock as audio renderer in MP config.

You can also try forcing VSync in the nvidia control panel for all applications.

I had trouble with vsync to. I've bought a new videocard and the problem is completely solved.
First I had a Ati 9250 128MB AGP
Now I have a ASUS N6200 256MB AGP.

The amount of mermory makes no difference I think, 128MB is enough, the card was simlpy nog fast enough. A Ati 9250 is comparable with a Nvidia FX5700 128MB.
