Motherboard. P7N ZILENT MSI S775 NF750ISLI DDR2 SATA2 FW

Also i want suggestion, about sound card. What is situation with flac music files? I need seperate DAC D/A coverter? What must be combination:
1. HTPC + DAC D/A converter + amplifier + speakers
2. HTPC + amplifier + speakers.
