So if I only have 1 TVCard, all of my clients can watch any of the streams from on selected channel at a time. 1 client 7SD1 and another 7HD). </p><p></p><p>So the more cards you have, the more options you have. It is always suggested to start at 2 TV cards (if budget allows) as this will give you some flexibity.
