    Hi there

First of all, thx to all the devs for the great work done on MP to get it to its current level:D

I am experiencing a random issue that started since I installed MP 1.1.0 Alpha SVN 16/8/2009. What happend is randomly while the system is busy recording Analog TV, it will not stop the recording once done, and when trying to view the recording, MP crashes. The recordings also crash Windows Mediaplayer.

Over the weekend, formatted my HTPC, and reinstalled everything from scratch with MP 1.1.0 Beta 1, hoping to resolve this issue, but the same issue occurs on random recordings. The WAF is dropping seriously because of this (missing OC & Desperate Housewives ;))

I have attached the logs right after this happened. Please let me know if anything is wrong with my setup.

    Cheers

    Neil

    Hi,

I'm experiecing similar problems than those you describe. I've created a seperate report of it.
Maybe can you see if you have the same issues as i'm experiecing (if you have more than 1 tuner installed that is)

    Greets,
    Chuvke

After deleting TV database, reinstalling TV server, disabling firewall, the Monday night recordings went well. Yesterday while a program "7de Laan" recorded, and watching a recorded "OC" of the previous night, the 7de Laan recording filed, when starting the recording, MediaPortal stopped responding again.

    I have attached latest logs.

    Please help!!!

  • About The Project

The vision of the MediaPortal project is to create a free open source media centre application, which supports all advanced media centre functions, and is accessible to all Windows users.

In reaching this goal we are working every day to make sure our software is one of the best.

  • Support MediaPortal!

The team works very hard to make sure the community is running the best HTPC-software. We give away MediaPortal for free but hosting and software is not for us.

Care to support our work with a few bucks? We'd really appreciate it!
