Hi all, I really love using MediaPortal (latest non-beta release) for series, movies and music, therefore I decided to start using MediaPortal for watching TV. I have 2 options for watching TV on my MediaPortal: - Analog TV using my Pinnacle PCTV 340e 801e - My cable provider (Ziggo) has some webstreams available which I may be able to use with MediaPortal But both solutions don't seem to be working very well for me..hopefully you guys could help me to fix one of them up! I really googled a lot on the forums and other sites, however didn't find a fix so far... Analog TV using my Pinnacle PCTV 340e 801e I bought a USB TV-Tuner card which supports analog TV. I installed all software in the CD that came with it. Using the TV-Server I scanned for channels, and TV-Server found all channels. Now I'm trying to rename the channels, however when I start using the preview button in the TV-Server config channels tab, the performance of my PCTV card drops. Most of the time the TV-Server config dies (not responding). I also tried the Pinnacle software, this seems to work fine, therefore I suspect that it's a driver problem. Also when I try to access the TV menu within MediaPortal the performance drops, I get some TV feeds every now en then but after a few seconds the it seems to die again.. Any suggestions? My cable provider (Ziggo) has some webstreams available which I may be able to use with MediaPortal Ziggo does not give feeds for all channels online, but this may be a good interim solution until I fix my PCTV problems. I quickly tried to install these webstreams using the IPTV function of the BETA version of TV-Server, however I didn't get them to work. I have an overview of the url's e.g. ("mms://83.80.17.52/casema wmstream-12" - Nederland 1). Anyone has experience with this? Hope you guys can help me out! Cheers, Huugster
