Hi and welcome to the forums.

Are you running MP logged in as an administrator or a regular user?
By default, the files that MS (and as such MP also) use for time shifting DVR-MS are classed as system files and as such only administrators are allowed to access/modify them.

Try running as an administrator. If this solves your problems then good. If you have a need to run as a regular user, then you have to change the permissions on a number of files and also registry keys. There was a thread that explained it all not too long ago. Try searching for "administrator permission registry" and that should get you somewhere.

Ok then, in the log there is an entry that says card1 8000FFFF
What is the name of your recording folder? I'm going from memory at the moment, but I'm pretty certain that it should just be card1.

Check the directory exists and I would suggest changing the location in MP configuration and seeing if that helps.
