Weather Plugin -> Stream media (1 Viewer)

Hi!
I would like to see a button in the Weather Forecast Plugin from where I can watch the latest forecast streamed from web-TV. In Sweden following Internet-stream can be used: http://svt.se/content/1/c6/36/24/75/vader.asx

Today I use it from the My Radio plugin.... feels a bit strange...

Why is the only way to stream movies or TV through the "My radio" plugin?

Is there anybody working on a IP-TV (TVoIP) plugin @ the moment?
