WebEPG decapitalization problem (1 Viewer)

I did make a grabber for RTPI - see xml. In the WebEPG Designer and on the web page where I grab the data unfortunately every title is written in CAPITAL letters. It's great that the WebEPG grabber seems to remove this in the way that every word starts with a capital letter only.
But here's the problem: it seems the routine does not handle some portuguese letters correctly à should become ã, Ç -> ç ...

But maybe I just selected some wrong codepage in the www_rtpi_pt.xml (utf-8)

Your grabber has 2 problems:
1. In your xml declaration you specify that your grabber is saved in utf-8 encoding but it is actually saved in iso-8859-1. To save in utf-8 from notepad select File|Save As... and select UTF-8 in Encoding.
2. You specify that the site returns pages in utf-8 but Rádio e Televisão de Portugal seems to only support iso-8859-1. You can check by navigating to the site with your browser and checking encoding (right-click->Page Info for FF, right-click-> Encoding for IE)

Thanks a lot - maybe these two things can be added somewhere in the wiki/guide? Fixed my other grabbers I made now as well and will repost/post them.
