I did make a grabber for RTPI - see xml. In the WebEPG Designer and on the web page where I grab the data unfortunately every title is written in CAPITAL letters. It's great that the WebEPG grabber seems to remove this in the way that every word starts with a capital letter only.
But here's the problem: it seems the routine does not handle some portuguese letters correctly à should become ã, Ç -> ç ...

But maybe I just selected some wrong codepage in the www_rtpi_pt.xml (utf-8)
