WebEPG stopped working? (1 Viewer)

As of yesterday, my WebEPG stopped working. I've tried the obvious solutions (like rebooting the PC)without success. I have not touched my setup, so there is no reason from my side for the grabber to stop working. The webEPG log shows a fatal error (see in bold below) but I can't diagnose the issue. I suspect it is something with the radiotimes grabber site...

Can some genius tell me what's going on here?

EDIT: It appears the grabber from Radio Times is broken. Changing the grabber to MyDigiGuide solved the problem. Casual observation suggests these links are quicker too.

NB For anyone needing to follow my lead and change several UK channels, the quickest way to do this is to locate the WebEPG.xml file, open this in a text editor, and replace all radiotimes links with mydigiguide links (exact nomenclature is: GB\2-www_mydigiguide_com.xml).

Yes! Me too.
Same index out of range - using RadioTimes grabber.
This happened just as I updated from RC4 to R1.0 final - so I spent a long time trying previous versions of WebEPG/Grabbers :(
But it seems it is a format change on RT end?

This was happening just prior to xmas, seemed to be a website issue which was quickly resolved, must say my own grab went fine at 8.00am this morning.

So the only thing we can do is wait I guess ^^

Or is there an option to skip the radiotimes grabber in automapping?
Don't want to do this manually for each channel, just too many channels :D

In the words of 'allo 'allo - Club!

Same thing here, haven't got guide data using WebEPG for several days now.

WebEPG log says fatal error, invalid index and stops. Error also shows up in the MediaPortal general error file too.

Tried editing the WebEPG.xml, works but most channels don't turn up - log says it doesn't find them.

(Also tried the new-ish RadioTimes file posted elsewhere, just last year, still no joy.)

I know it's not the fault of WebEPG - still annoying though...:(

Just as my significant (and more important other) was getting used to MediaPortal too. (Even said we could sell the TiVo!)

Wonder what gods Paranoid Delusion prays (preys?) to...........

    Prayer ain't gonna help :)

Strange, i'm just getting normal uk freeview channels, the only issue i'm having is with Dave+1, seem to be not getting any info for that channel from RT, but dvb epg fixes that one.

...most channels don't turn up - log says it doesn't find them.

I'm getting most of the (basic) UK channels, but not all of them. I seem to be missing Channel 4 and all its variations, for example. Perhaps someone can post once RadioTimes is working again or if there is a trick to getting a reliable feed from MyDigiGuide.

Is there an option to skip the radiotimes grabber in automapping? Don't want to do this manually for each channel, just too many channels

To quickly change all channels, I opened WebEPG.xml in a text editor, and used find/replace to change all radiotimes links with mydigiguide links. The exact nomenclature for MyDigiGuide is "GB\2-www_mydigiguide_com.xml".

Well WebEPG has gone pear shaped for me this morning, so does look like they are having difficulties over at radiotimes.com

Will have to find out what their problem is.

Is this still an issue? My webepg has not been coming up with anything from RadioTimes for some time.

My webepg has not been coming up with anything from RadioTimes for some time.

I've changed to grabber to be a combination of MyDigiGuide and Bleb.org. Bleb doesn't have all the channels I need, and DigiGuide craps out if you ask for too much data. I only use this for the channels I can't find on bleb. It's been working flawlessly over the last few days.
