I couldn't find the Apache2 Service at all in the system control ("Dienste").

I also will write you a PM today or tomorrow because I implemented the assembly resolver in the External Control Plugin II, so I could tell how to use it (you don't need all you core.dll, .... in you WC folder)  and the other thing is there is also a way to have the "interact with desktop" checked by the installer.

I used OmniHTTPd quite alot a couple years ago, also in Combination with PHP, but I haven't liked it that much. (Right now I prefer ASP .NET, it's way more powerful.)
