It's possible that you have a PCI card which don't support it making the computer unable to hibernate (an old TV tuner for instance). With my Asus A7N8X Dlx (1.04) I was able to hibernate, but suspend didn't work (S1 or S3). There is a tool from MS to monitor this process and see where it fails, it's the same that optimizes boot speed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
