Hi,

I'm looking for exactly the same thing as ZetaVu... basically, I want a PPC/Tablet to be used solely as a remote control...

It also needs to be webbrowser based (cause I'm using some other web elements in my setup - so the ppc app isnt suitable for my use).

Basically I want to be able to select media to play, stop media, etc.,etc... Similar to the web server in XBMC...

Also, one thing I like form the XBMC server is that I can have an interface for PPC and one for regular PCs, on the same server (basically the "webskin" is a set of pages it loads, so I can have http://myserver/ppc and /pc)...

One thing that the XBMC server lacks, imho, is the ability to "follow" my clicks, as a remote should, so basically even though I might be using the WebRemote, I still want to see on screen reactions to my clicks (except during fullscreen movie playbak, where I can have a "bar" on the PPC and fuulscreen video)...

Is it currently possible to send all these commands to MP through the current webinterface? Is it possible to obtain a media listing?

On another note, my MPW stopped working, and it seems it was having path troubles, the {MPWebControl} variable wasnt being recognized, how do I fix it?
