weird behaviour hvr-4000 spanish sat channel (1 Viewer)

i have a problem with some channels

all of the channels in this transponder (11.685 GHz, V) get a first image, then stop video and no audio. the tvserver found the correct parameters of all these channels in the trasnponder, but then only one frame and nothing else. all the channels in other trasnponders work correctly.

the curious thing is that the channels in that trasnponder works correctly if i use the original wintv application that comes with the haupauge card, no problem with that channels.
May it be a codec problem? i have installed a lot of codecs (k-lite) and powerdvd and the ones in wintv. i dont know what is happening

hello again, reformulation of the question

may anybody that has an hvr-4000 oriented to astra 19e tell me if is able to watch without problems the channels in transponder that is in freq 11.685 GHz, V (tm sat/la otra, tvg --> spanish channels), because i got only a frame of video and the stops freezed, each time i tune the channel i get a frame, but no more

issue solved

it seems more people had the same problem with other cards and the same channels I had problems with. i havent tried this solution yet

i have tried with the new version 1.0.0 and it happens the same thing
maybe it is due to some codec i have installed?

in a new installation which codecs are needed?
i have installed k-lite codec packs
