It just can't see my mkv or avi files. I know it's scanning to the bottom of the directory structure or it wouldn't have found the one file it does find. The files are definitely there, and play fine if I try to watch them in MPC-HC or WMP and WMC finds them and adds them fine.... so why can't Media Portal see them? Moving Pictures won't see them either for the record.</p><p></p><p>I feel I'm missing something absolutely blatantly obvious and seeing I've been banging my head up against a wall for the past three hours I figure I might as well ask people with a lot more MP experience than me, I would really appreciate any help and insights anyone can give me.</p></blockquote><p></p>
