hello,

i want to make a TV-Server, and some clients which will be can see different channels on TV.

I want to buy a Skystar2 card, but i don't know if it is possible to view different channels with this card.

In the wiki (http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/TV-Engine_0.3/tvcards) is the Skystar2 only with "Multi channel decoding / FTA only"

but what is FTA?

FTA is an unencrypted signal?

this means that the client must be decode the signal, is this possible on the mutliple clients which wants to view different channels?

I think it means that it will only work when the card receives an FTA signal, and not at all otherwise
