I was able to find about 68 channels...not all the channels that my tv was able to find, and the channels have no names associated with them. I try to get an EPG plugin to work, but I have no clue how that works either...any help?

So, there is no way to get it other than manually? My TV gets the channel names out of the same cable connection.

I know, I did have the exact same problem.

I have 2 times DVB-C and also have a analogue card, but I don't use analogue because of this issue.
Would be nice if this can be fixed.

I am also wondering why my digital TV can pick up digital channels from the cable, but through the card and MP I can only get analog.

There are 5 different digital Cable scanning options. Here in the US I use QAM standard.
You might want to try scanning using different a different QAM setting.

I tried it on all of the QAM settings. Also, I live in the US and use Cox Communications.

Yes, I grouped the hybrid card and everything. I am trying a clean install now.

Edit:

Fresh install did not change anything. I do not have a WebEPG plugin.
