Possibility, when you scan channels, to add or update only channels you use (e.g. TV or Radio).

Description:
Usually when you scan for new channel Mediaportal add or update everything; but, for example, if I use only TV channels (no Radio), it add/update also Radio channels; the same if I want only unscrambled channel, it add/update all channels.
I think it should be useful if, when I do a scan, Mediaportal add/update only some channels.
I think that with some check box (for the preference) it should be easy and when Mediaportal found a new channel, add it only if is selected on the configuration.
Preference should be:
TV Scrambled
TV unscrambled
Radio Scrambled
Radio Unscrambled
