I cannot find this, (though I have been trying all day)

All I want to do is take my take my tv programs and burn to dvd.. Help Me Please!

I do understand, it's built in, but I cannot figure out how to access it.

I uninstalled MP, made sure no sub folders were left n any programmes folders, changed the computer name, rebooted, installed MP and set logs and rebooted and ran TVServer.
