Where is MPInstaller (1 Viewer)

It seems the MPInstaller file is lost. My browser gives a "file not found" error. Anyone knows about it?

    It's installed already with latest RC3. Look into start menu->programs->mediaportal.

    Currently I don't see any installable skins on it though. At least not with online list.
