Where is the "old" shortcut plugin? (1 Viewer)

I'm trying to find the "old" shortcut plugin, but can't remember its name. Multishortcut is great for launching programs from the menus, but I'm thinking of using this older program to launch various websites, I think it would be great for that since you can have a list of shortcuts inside the plugin.

Anyone rememver what it's called? Does it even work in 1.1.0?

Found it; MyPrograms and it seems to do the job as a website launcher perfectly.
