Hi All,

First of all, great community, great application and great project contributions. Thanks.

I've finally bough a TV-Card (Hauppauge NOVA-T 500), and i'm trying to get it working in Media Portal. From what I've read, I need to forget the legacy TV plugin, and use TVE3. I've checked out the FAQ's video's etc.. they all point to doco I can't find!

For other who may be in the same situation as me:

My problem was that when I first installed MediaPortal, I instructed (through the install wizard) that I wouldn't be using Media Portal to watch TV.

Now that I have a TV-card, I do. I needed to re-install the latest revision of Media Portal to get the TV-Server installed too.

Please note: I was trepidatious about running the install wizard again as it seemed as though it would re-install my whole Media Portal install. This is not the case and it did not happen. It left my Media Portal install as-is, plugins and all, and just installed the missing components. Thanks.
