¿Where to config software encoder settings? (1 Viewer)

Hi. I'm using MP1.0 with tv server and I can't find where to set up the options for the software ENCODERS for my analog card (to get a better framerate). Anyone know how to set it up? Got both Mainconcept (Hauppage) and Cyberlink video encoders, cant find the config tab for them.
