Where to get the Hauppauge SDK? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

where may I get the SDK for the Hauppauge PVR 150 MCE.

I saw that the Videobitrate is not set corretly when quality control is enabled. I looked up the source code (hauppauge.cs) and I'd like to know where you've got the information how to access the Hauppauge settings. I could not find any SDK or API on the Hauppauge website.

When you look in hauppauge.cs in the MP source code, you see that the settings of the tv card are access via COM.

I was just wondering where I might get the docs how to do the access since I'd like to fix the videobitrate-issue.

If times haven't changed you have to contact them to get documentation. Good luck. Way back I tried to get SDK stuff for their remote parts (in the name of Team Mediaportal!!!) - no luck. One reaction was: "Please stand by, I'll talk to our technicians and see what we can do for you." That was all...
Well, in my case it turned out with some work & internet research I had to do it myself. The result is in MP.

Not to disencourage you, I just want to say: You have to ask them for it.
