Hi, I have a dedicated HTPC, running Windows 7 and probably the newest MediaPortal soon 
I am considering buying a TV card, and need help to find out which is the best for my purposes.
I have a cable connection, with no decoder or encrypted channels (just a normal antenna plug in the wall, which today goes directly into the TV). I live in Norway.
I don't like hardware which need bloatware, or with manufacturers who never update their drivers. I like fast switching of channels, possibility to record TV (and maybe record while watching, if possible?), and stability
