I've decised to get a Hiper Media Center HMC-2K53A case for my frontend machine but which motherboard should I get for it? I have to be mini-atx as its the only size that will fit in the case

My demands are:

Onboard graphics able to play HD movies from .mkv files
HDMI port (DVI can be used)
S/Pdif out port (preferable optical)
Low noise and power consumption

Hope someone can help me

Yeah...looks like 785G is due in mid-august. I have the 780G with 3200 HD chip and is hoping to exchange this to something else with more juice.
