Which video card is capable... (1 Viewer)

of doing these on my pick list below?

- Primary screen is a computer LCD display
- Secondary is composite TV
- I'd like to independently set refresh rate for second (as the LCD is 60 or 75 Hz only, while TV needs 50Hz)
- I'd like to use VMR9's Exclusive mode for secondary screen
- 1920x1080 resolution (for HD upgrade)
- HW HD acceleration

In my current setup (NV 8600GT) the secondary screen has neither Exclusive support nor independent refresh (I have to stick to 60Hz for TV, which stutters).

What would you recommend?

My HD 3870 allows independent refresh rates. AFIK, so do the 3850 and the 4870 and 4850.
