who has a Cinergy 1200-S card that works with MP? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I am having troubles with my Cinergy 1200-s and MP. It keeps generating Windows crashes. Works fine with the Cinergy software but I want to use MP with it ?
If someone has a Cinergy that works with MP, I would like to know
