Hi everyone out there.

I have a little problem, I have set my refresh rate to be 50Hz but when I start live-tv or a video it goes down to 25 Hz, see screenshoot below. Shall it be like that? Because sometime I get 50 Hz even on live-tv and then sports like hockey looks mutch better, but when I have chnged channel a couple of times the rate goes down to 25, can some explain that to me. I have tried differnt codecs, but can get it to work. Hope someone can help me.

Sure you were using this codec all the time (w/same settings)? If I remember correctly you will get 25FPS when not using DXVA.

(But I'm getting old, so hopefully someone can confirm or falsify this :))

If I recall correctly, you get it by entering ! (exclamation mark). Not sure if it is possible without keyboard.

Usually software decoders decode the 50 interlaced content to 25 progressive. MP rendering is locked to the video frame rate during video playback.

OK, does that mean that I cant get 50 fps at all or what shall I do?
The live-tv doesn't look good on just 25 fps, I cant watch is-hockey or any other sport that is fast, it looks terrible.
Hope someone understand what I mean.
