I currently use sage and want to switch for features, freeware, and potential reasons.

Athlon XP 1800
1 GB RAM
2 Hauppauge PVR 150
4 160 GB Hard Drives
1 60 GB Hard Drive
Windows XP SP2

One PVR 150 is connected to analog cable using the cards internal tuner. The second pvr 150 is connected to a digital signal with a box for tuning. The second uses the blaster that is built in to the card to tune the channels and I am using the ir receiver on the same card to control the htpc (sagetv). This means each card has it's own associated lineups the software chooses one or the other based on availability. I just want to know if this setup will function with mediaportal.

:D

To my best knowledge: Yes... but you do need a DirectX 9 card.... (highly recommended, anyway)
I am using the ir receiver on the same card to control the htpc (sagetv).
Didn't get this, though... but then again, It's 02:10 local time here.

The pvr 150 has a ir blaster/receiver. I am using both the blaster and receiver on the hauppauge card connected to the digital box.

    Thanks again for the reply

OK. Should work fine - I'm guessing it is a MCE-device. Use the MCE-replacment plugin by and-81

Find more info on your int. graphics card, though.
