Will not start but crahses (1 Viewer)

I've just installed media portal for the first time and it crashes every time so far. I have check and rechecked all the requirements on my pc and I can see that I have them all. I received the error report logs but not sure what to do with it. Please help me.

Win Xp Pro
Nvida CARD & Drivers
6 Gb RAM
Core 2 duo 2.5
