Reposted under the correct topic. Please disregard - well... i guess you already have - Sorry.

I have WM Player 10 and I'm not sure if I have WM Services 9. What is WM Services 9 and what's the difference?
Is WM Services 9 needed? and is it a necessary componet to MP?
Is it included in XP SP2?

I may have everything I need, but just don't realize it. With a few exceptions, MP works OK - just need to tweek it a bit. But, I'm wondering what this may have to do with the few issues I currently have.

Media Portal getting better all to time. Excellent work!!!

  • Support MediaPortal!

The team works very hard to make sure the community is running the best HTPC-software. We give away MediaPortal for free but hosting and software is not for us.

Care to support our work with a few bucks? We'd really appreciate it!
