WinTV Express Karte von Hauppauge (1 Viewer)

Hallo,
erstmal alle Achtung für dieses Forum.Habe schon einige interressante Beiträge gelesen.
Doch nun zu meinem Problem:
bin ein absoluter newcomer auf dem multimedia-Gebiet.Habe mir also vor drei Monaten eine TV-Karte zugelegt,eine WinExpress von Hauppauge.Eine analoge TV-Karte.Funktioniert einwandfrei.Dann habe ich mich an einen Artikel aus der Zeitschrift COM erinnert,in der Media Portal als Testsieger genannt wurde.Also hab ich's ausprobiert.Installation und viele Funktionen funktionieren,aber die TV-Karte erkennt es nicht.Gibt es momentan keine Chance mit der WinExpress?Es kommt jedesmal die Fehlermeldung: Timeshift konnte nicht aktiviert werden.Unable to load card definition.
Mein system: AMD Athlon 3500+, Mainboard K8T890-A9, Grafikkarte Radeon X 1600 Pro,Arbeitsspeicher 1024 MB

Hey,

vielen Dank für den Tipp,aber ich krieg's nicht hin.
Ich kann zwar Englisch aber wer kann mir das denn mal verständlich machen?!
So ,wie ich es gemacht habe funktioniert's nicht:

The Hauppauge WinTV 878 based support is achieved by using a software encoder. Although these cards come with a SoftPVR application their filter by default is set into MPEG-1 video mode and we don't have the SDK to have the ability to change it. To get these device working with MediaPortal you need to obtain the latest Hauppauge / Mainconcept MCE encoder. At the time of writing this is available in the WinTV-PVR Media Center driver CD version 3.1B zip file located here... http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_mce.html

Steps:

1. Download the file
2. Extract the contents to a temp directory
3.

Then open Sofware_Encoder_Setup_1_1_24013.exe (or whatever the updated version may be) with ?WinZip or WinRAR.
4. Extract Mceesmpeg.ax etc to a folder which you will not delete. i.e. c:\drivers\hauppauge
5. Now at the command prompt in the folder you extracted it to type REGSVR32 Mceesmpeg.ax

This will bring up a dialog box, click on ok then exit the command prompt.

You now have the Encoder installed which is required to make these cards work with MediaPortal.

1. Besagtes File downloaden
2. Dateien extrahieren (mit winzip, winrar o.ä.)
3. danach alle dateien löschen ausser Sofware_Encoder_Setup_1_1_24013.exe
4. Datei Sofware_Encoder_Setup_1_1_24013.exe entpacken (evtl. zuerst in .zip umbenenne)
5. ALLE Dateien, die in dem Archiv drinn sind nach system32 kopieren.
6. Start - Ausführen - cmd.exe - OK
7. Im Fenster dann folgendes eingeben: REGSVR32 Mceesmpeg.ax
8. Wenn keine Fehlermeldung kommt, dann sollte es tuten. Achtung: Karte im Setup neu erkennen lassen!
