I've got a WinTV-HVR 2250 card in my HTPC. This is a hybrid card and I have set it up according to the wiki for hybrid cards. It has 2 tuners on it so tha tI can watch and record at the same time or record 2 channels at the same time. We have cable and get an analog. This worked well, however I wanted to see if there might be some clear QAM channels that I could get, so I did a scan and got some what I thought were channels, only to find that they were not channels. I searched for the possible clear QAM channels in my area at the following web site: http://www.silicondust.com/hdhomerun/lineup_web/US:93401#lineup_3587371 qam256 78-2 24 CSPAN2 720x480i 4:3 qam256 78-1 80 G4P 704x480i 4:3 qam256 103-5 781 KKFXHD 1280x720p 16:9 qam256 103-1 782 KCOYDT qam256 78-13 783 KEYTDT 1280x720p 16:9 qam256 104-5 786 KSBYDT qam256 104-1 788 KCETDT 1280x720p 16:9 qam256 78-6 UNKNOWN 352x480i 4:3 qam256 91-9 UNKNOWN qam256 93-8 UNKNOWN 528x480i 4:3 qam256 101-5 UNKNOWN 528x480i 4:3 qam256 104-9 UNKNOWN qam256 105-1 UNKNOWN 704x480i 4:3 qam256 108 ON DEMAND qam256 109 ON DEMAND qam256 110 ON DEMAND qam256 111 ON DEMAND When I scanned I got the following channels (see photo below). Does this mean anything? I'm not sure that I am actually finding the QAM256 channels that are supose to be on my local cable lines. Steve
