You're developing a UPNP plugin and don't know the basic ports that it uses? Very strange But don't get me wrong, I'm happy that this plugin exists, thank you very much! I've had the same problem like some of you guys as it seems, MediaPortal.exe is given full network access by the Windows firewall but the renderer still can't be found on the network. The solution is to add an incoming firewall rule that allows port 1900 UDP (it's needed for UPNP device discovery on the network).
