And as far as I know in next version the weather part will be removed from info service. But most, if not all, skins can be modified to use informations from worldweather plugin to show weather info on basic home. Just a few changes are needed. Lots of skins like Default, Pure Vision, StreamedMP, Backdrop,... are supporting this already. For backdrop as example I only had to change two lines in "common.time.xml".
