Long time ago I reported wrong frequences for the German DVB-T region Köln/Bonn in this thread:

Neue DVB-T Frequenzen Germany Köln/Bonn - MediaPortal Forum

Yesterday I moved from 0.23 final to 1.0 RC4. The wrong frequences are still in there. Please change the corresponding block in both dvb-t.xml files. You need to restart the TV-Server (or your PC) to bring the new settings into effect. After the restart/reboot a rescan will find two more packages with a total of 8 additional channels.

    Thanks
    Harald
