Hi,

i m searching for a very cheap graphiccard which is fully supported by MP.

On ebay i found several cards with the XGI Volari chip. Has anyone experience with this card? Would you recommend me to this card?

Thanks for your time...

Give us the full model number your looking at, then we might be able to give an idea as to how well it will perform with MP.

While it would work, looks like the Volari V3XT would be more what your after (DX8.1 vs DX9) if you want to go with one of those cards.

Cant really find anyone selling a single one over here so I cant really tell whats really, really cheap but it surely cant be much more than a 5200.

nvidia fx5200 any make should be dx9 compliant and very reasonably priced, But like everything the better graphics card you have the less your cpu has to do.

Read a review on the v3xt card and it performed horribly in dvd / divx playback, I think it was a 6200 it was compared with and lost all tests.
