I've just tried the OzTivoPerth.zip file on its own (I'm in Perth too) and it worked fine for me. When I loaded the latest SVN, though, I did check the mapping and saved the configuration.Curiously, with the latest SVN, I still see two plugins in the TV Server configuration program (Laban: is this correct?). Although both seem to look the same, the one listed as XmlTv doesn't work, but the one I was using before (XmlTv2) works fine. You might find some more clues in the TV Server log files in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MediaPortal TV Server\logUpdate: OK, there is definitely something strange going on here. When I click on the manual import button in the XMLTV2 configuration it imports the XMLTV file without trouble. If I then wait for some time to let MP import it itself, I then get an error saying that there are no programs. I think this may have occurred after I tried swapping back to the original XMLTV config, then back to the one labelled XMLTV2.
