OK...tried a complete TVE3 uninstall, deleted installation folder.  Deleted the TV SQL database. Re-install server and re-config TV Server, rescan, etc...

I am able to map the channels in the second screen, but the first screen gives me an error "tvguide.xml:Invalid XML filetartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name:startIndex"

So, I'm stuck at the moment...
