since upgrading to 1.1.0 alpha, my weather has not worked. I always get an error:
XOAP error, invalid link in request
no matter what city I request the data for.

Thanks for that.
When I used MP 1.0.2, weather worked. I rebuilt my box to 1.1, and weather didn't work.
I searched the 1.1. forums, and no one had reported a similar problem.
It seemed to me to be a 1.1 problem, because 1.0.2 had been working for me.
it now seems that the weather "issue" arose while I was rebuilding my system.

Just install the latest weekly SVN build on top of 1.1.0 Alpha.
