Zap2it Plugin bug? - crashes when internet not available (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Mynet provider (Comcast) is 'upgrading' my neighborhood, resulting in sporadic outages. When the net is down, MediaStudio crashes hard after about a minute after startup.

I can't say for certain it's the Zap2it EPG plugin, but the timing makes it a likely culprit.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Jeff,

There was a Zap2it EPG plugin bug that was crashing Mediaportal
when there was no internet access, but I think it was suppose to be
fixed in the most recent version of the plugin.

I am useing the latest EPG plug in and lost internet with no crashing.

I ran some coax to my closet to put my cable modem and wireless router in it. Come to find out the damn center conductor was pulled out of my "new" coax connector on the wall plate. Needless to say the wife was peeved and made me spend most of Sunday troubleshooting it.
