Ok, I did some more testing.
Spragleknas: None of that worked. But thx for the suggestions.
What did work, and I can live with this, was selecting a different audio codec instead of the cyberlink audio codec (I selected the MPA codec). So now I have picture and even the stuttering is gone.
If the devs need some more info on this I am happy to provide this.
So to sum up:
Cyberlink video + Cyberlink audio codec = does NOT work -> Black screen
Cyberlink video + MPA audio codec = does work
