Can MPTag That convert FLAC files to WMA lossless? I've ripped alot of CDs to FLAC, but now that I have a Zune I'd like to have them in WMA lossless instead, can MPTT do that or do I need another program? Any suggestions for other programs that I could use?

Should be possible.
Go to the Preferences / Settings (F12) and select the Settings for RIP / Encoder.
You will find a WMA tab and there you can choose the format. iirc WMA Lossless should be there
