can't remove TV Card (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

during the last days I installed about 3 different drivers for my Skystar 2. I tried 2 BDA drivers and then an wdm. I use the wdm now.
In the Attachements you see how it looks.
If I remove the not existing BDA tv card, its gone. But if I open server config again, its back again!

Unfortunatly at the moment you have to delete the database as the remove function isn't working.

Use the export function first in the TV channel tab to save most of your settigs to an xml file.

Close the TVserver and then delete your database .

Hi,
I'll update a Mantis report later today or tomorrow, we've had issues like this before & it should have been fixed. I saw this to yesterday when updating drivers, it would be nice if you could attach your logs after you tried to remove it so we can see if we have the same errors(for confirming the issue)

A bit late but here are the logs.

After 3 days running (24h/day) I now face another problem, that my tv card (skystar 2..) just works for a few hours and then stays at "idle". If you could see something about that in the logs it would be great.... Can't record/timeshift at manual control or watch from any client.

No Standby or hibernate between.

EDIT how it worked again:

@ Tv serv conf -> Pushed button:
->"stop Server service"
-> then "start service " which doesn't work.
-> closed server config normally
-> taskamanger kill Tvservice.exe
-> starting tvserver conf: "start server"? "yes" -> tv card works again...

Are you just running RC1 without any SVN ?

I ask as your logs look like you have the 1kb log bug, this was fixed with the SVN's .

Unfortunately because of this your logs aren't much help.

I would recommend using the latest SVN, there are lots of fixes.

Post new logs after further testing.

Sorry I can't be of much help here.

The only suggestion would be to dissable 'idle epg' grab as this has been known to randomly lock the card in a few systems.
